A great value lunch course with a toast of sparkling wine] Chef Atsushi Ishikawa, a certified vegetable sommelier, fell in love with the appeal of vegetables grown in Tokyo, visited the producers, and spent several years creating a course centered on vegetables grown in Tokyo.Enjoy fresh vegetables grown in Tokyo's rich natural environment and the "local production, local consumption" philosophy of consuming locally produced products locally.
