A great value lunch course with a toast of sparkling wine] Chef Ishikawa Atsushi, a certified vegetable sommelier, fell in love with the appeal of Tokyo-grown vegetables and visited the producers to create a course centered around Tokyo-grown vegetables over several years.Enjoy fresh vegetables grown in Tokyo's rich natural environment and the "local production for local consumption" philosophy of consuming locally produced products locally.
